Dreamspace Trial Set

A trial date of 26 January 2009 has been set for the case of manslaughter by gross negligence against Maurice Agis, the artist whose inflatable Dreamspace sculpture took off in a freak gust of wind, rose 100ft into the air, killed two women and injured 13 others. He also faces a charge under health and safety laws.
