Pussy In Space

The winners of Best Art Vinyl 2010 are Richard Robinson and Gareth Pritchard with their design of a pussy in a spacesuit for the Klaxons' album Surfing the Void, published by Universal. The award was decided by public vote. Click the title link to view all 50 nominated album covers. I still have a soft spot for the covers of Goldfrapp. If I were to choose one of these covers to hang on my wall, it would be her goddess in the clouds for Headfirst (No. 6). The top three covers will be featured from today at the British Music Experience in the O2 Arena in London (CLICK). They'll also be shown at Folkestone, Edinburgh, Paris, Brussels and Gothenburg.
