Medical Artists

The Royal College of Surgeons' Hunterian Museum at Lincoln's Inn Fields in London has jumped on the Olympics bandwagon. Today it opened Anatomy of an Athlete: Elite sport, surgery and medical art, which runs until 29 September (title link). Four top medical artists from the Medical Artists’ Association of Great Britain have created new artworks. Shown is artist Emily Evans standing beside one of her Hurdles illustrations (2012).
