US Warfare Art

Is it art or is it warfare? Well, it's a bit of both really. The Hummingbird Drone has been developed by DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency), the research arm of the US Department of Defense. It's a spy cam that can flit unobtrusively over enemy defences and even zoom into enemy headquarters to peep over a general's shoulder and read his plans. At least that's the theory. In practice it probably won't be much use outside the migration flightpaths of real hummingbirds. Still, the Taliban can have great fun trying to shoot them down.
