Inside Stories

Tomorrow Sir Quentin Blake's pet project House of Illustration opens at 2 Granary Square, King's Cross, London. Its inaugural exhibition will be Blake's Inside Stories, which brings together rough drafts and storyboards, many never shown before, with finished artwork to demonstrate how ideas evolve, often in close collaboration with the authors. Shown is an illustration from How Tom Beat Captain Najork and his Hired Sportsmen, author Russell Hoban (2006). Admission costs £7 adults, £5 silver surfers, £4 kids (CLICK).
