Iffy Goya Update

Spanish fuzz are still holding the iffy Goya I criticized two days ago. One of its certificates of authenticity is false. This is no surprise to Coxsoft Art. Come on, Museo del Prado. What is it: modern fake or vaguely Renaissance rubbish from a third-rate but genuine workshop?
