Paris Art Staff Strike

Musee d'Orsay - Falguiere's The Winner of the Cockfight (1862-64) in the foregroundAttendants at the Louvre museum and Musee d'Orsay, both in Paris, have gone on strike. They claim that protecting famous masterpieces, such as Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, against crowds of tourists puts them under so much stress that they deserve a bonus. Good point.
