NPG Portrait Winners
Coxsoft Art picks another winner and second place too. (CLICK, if you don't believe me.) Jonathan Torgovnik wins the National Portrait Gallery's Photographic Portrait Prize 2007, worth £12,000, for his outstanding photo of Joseline Ingabire, a Rwandan woman raped during the 1994 genocide. Argentine-born Julieta Sans wins the £3,000 second prize for her incredibly relaxed portrait of her friend Lucila.
