Emin Bird Missing

Have you seen this bird? It's a bronze sparrow which used to stand on top of a pole in Liverpool: Tracey Emin's Roman Standard, for which she was paid the incredible sum of £60,000! What idiot paid that for a 4 inch bronze sparrow - it doesn't even look like a sparrow - on top of a 13 foot pole? The BBC. (Licence-payers take note!) All the BBC need have done was erect a cheap pole and sooner or later a bird would have landed on it. Then Auntie would have had all the fun of shouting, "Hey, there's a bird on my pole." Merseyside Police are looking for a sparrowhawk too heavy to fly.
