Top Welsh Artist

The Welsh Artist of the Year 2009 is digital artist Tim Freeman, who uses Photoshop to create multi-layered images. Yesterday he received a cheque for £2000 at the award ceremony in St David's Hall, Cardiff. As I've seen much better Photoshop images, here's Disillusion by Corrie Chiswell, who won the painting award. The exhibition continues until 25 July.
