Canary Wharf Screen

Here's another example of how Transport for London (TfL) wastes money. Art on the Underground has created one of London's largest public projection screens at Canary Wharf Tube Station to show moving images to its punters. Film and Video Umbrella, Animate Projects, LUX and the British Film Institute (BFI) will provide the inaugural 2012 series (title link). Lower fares and much needed improvements on the Underground should come before costly twaddle like this.
