Cycling Art Show

To coincide with yesterday's start of the Tour de France cycling race, London pop culture gallery Snap opened James Straffon’s LE TOUR - from Maillot Jaune to Lanterne Rouge. There are 70 new artworks on show, mainly tart-ups of historic old photos of the event's heroes. Shown here is Straffon's triptych of Eddy Merckx. There are installation thingies too and a pair of Bradley Wiggins' cycling shoes. (Wiggins is hoping to be the first Brit. to win the Tour de France). You'll find prints for sale on the Snap website (CLICK). The show pedals along until 28 July.
