British Wildlife Photos

Those who missed the British Wildlife Photography Awards 2011 touring exhibition when it appeared at the Mall Galleries may like to know that it is currently at the Horniman Museum & Gardens, London, until 24 February 2013 (CLICK). The show is free and has many close-ups of British mini beasts. So it would be perfect for cherubs on Christmas holidays, especially if they are keen on British wildlife. My favourite is still Alex Saberi's Fairytale 1, Red Deer, Richmond Park National Nature Reserve, Surrey, England; but Lee Fisher's highly commended portrait Cobweb Kingfisher gives it a run for its money.
