Taichi Arch

The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford has acquired this monstrous sculpture by Taiwanese artist Ju Ming: Taichi Arch (2000). This monster is a gift to the Museum from the Juming Culture and Education Foundation in memory of Professor Michael Sullivan - a world authority on 20th-century and contemporary Chinese art - who died in September (CLICK).
