BBC News has posted an all-too-brief video of the annual Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, which officially opens on 5 January (CLICK). Thousands of tourists are expected to visit the festival in northeast China's Heilongjiang province. Shown is a photo of a few people - probably photographers' relatives - having a preview of ice lanterns and carvings illuminated at night.
