Lates Website Is Go

The Lates website is finally up and running. Considering this promotion is for May only, the website should have been up long before May began. It takes minutes to load on a 56K modem, thanks to an Adobe Flash Player 9 routine that wasn't worth the wait and some superfluous graphics of words (example shown). Another graphic says "Here are just a couple of tasters to savour for this weeks Lates events", followed by four "tasters"! Don't web designers do any research? Don't they know that the average broadband user waits only 4 seconds before going elsewhere? As for the 30% of us in the UK who still use 56K modems, don't bother. In case you miss it, the important bit is a tiny Select Venue box at the bottom of the screen. For Goodness' sake!
