Kate Middleton's Channel-crossing crew, The Sisterhood, have shed everything but their knickers to pose for a calendar in aid of charity: The Art of Sport. Body painting artist Emma Cammack helped the girls get their kit on. Here's one of them appealing to the umpire: "I don't believe it!"
