Movie Sale Update

The online auction of movie memorabilia I mentioned last week (CLICK) took a bob or two. The ray-gun from the 1956 sci-fi classic Forbidden Planet sold for £20,328 ($40,000). The star buy was this 18-inch-high T.I.E. fighter from another classic sci-fi film Star Wars: £177,789 ($350,000). Remember those "stone" tablets from The Ten Commandments? A snip at £30,492 ($60,000). Jack Nicholson's axe from Stanley Kubrick's The Shining went for £12,699 ($25,000). Click the title link for more.
