Call For Entries

The National Portrait Gallery is calling for entries to the BP Portrait Award 2009. This, the most prestigious portrait competition in the world, is now in its 30th year with 20 years of sponsorship by BP. Turner Prize winners, don't even think about entering. Genuine artistic talent is required. Look at this brilliant detail from Zuzana in Paris Studio by Hynek Martinec, who won the Young Artist Award 2007, and despair.
