Mother and Child

Here's another superb digital "painting" from May Fong Robinson: Jasmine and Marie (2012) created from scratch with Photoshop CS5 and Wacom tablet. Jasmine, the mother, commissioned the double portrait for Marie's birthday gift. The Chinese cranes in the background symbolize longevity. All the textures are impeccably recreated, from flesh tones to the see-through material round Marie's neck. Mother and child portraits don't get better than this.
