Sea Rainforest

Thank Goodness for a modern photographic exhibition in colour! Marine biologist Jamie Craggs is the Aquarium Curator at the Horniman Museum & Gardens in London. His photo exhibition Rainforest of the Sea is currently showing in the the Balcony Gallery. He and his camera have been delving into South East Asia's coral triangle, which includes Borneo, the Philippines and Indonesia. Shown is his photo of A Green Turtle Chelonia mydas. Did you know that coral reefs take up less than 0.1% of the oceans floor yet 25% of all marine life is found on reefs? And they are all under threat!
