RA Summer Exhibition

The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition opens at Burlington House on 9 June and limps along until 17 August (CLICK). At £12 a throw, this is one to avoid unless you have money to burn. I gave up on it years ago when I got bored with the rubbish on display. Instead I'll watch The Summer Exhibition: BBC Arts At The Royal Academy on BBC Two next Saturday 7 June at 7pm (CLICK). Shown is ex-Pans person turned actress Una Stubbs' amusing cartoons of her Sherlock co-stars Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch.
