Angelina Jolie, Dame

Actress Angelina Jolie became a dame today, although as an American she cannot be addressed as "Dame". Looking extremely smart and glamorous, she attended a private investiture at Buckingham Palace, where HM Queen Elizabeth II presented her with the insignia of an Honorary Dame Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of St Michael and St George. The honour was awarded to her for services to UK foreign policy and her campaign to end war zone sexual violence (CLICK).
