Who is Tim M...?

Does anyone recognize this excellent painting? I found it on one of those pesky websites that don't give you a title or name or date. It looks like a cover for a fantasy novel. The original graphic isn't good enough to read more than Tim M... as part of the signature. I'm keen to see more of this artist's work, but without a surname I can't begin to search for him.
