Sainsbury's Art Bags

Art for supershopper bag © Michael Craig MartinSainsbury’s has conned Arts Council England into helping it play catchup to market-leader Tesco by producing limited edition re-usable shopping bags designed by well-known artists. It makes the insane claim for its bags that anyone can now get a work of art for only 50p. Coxsoft Art has news for you: I've been using a Tesco bag-for-life for months. It cost 20p, is replaced free of charge when it breaks, and it's prettier than your bananas! If you think this nonsense is going to win over Tesco's customers or yours, think again. And why is Arts Council England getting involving in a supermarket war? When is Government going to stop wasting our money on these twerps?

If it's a "bag for life" why is it replaced Free of charge when it breaks???

Sounds like trigger's broom which he's had for 40 years. He's replaced the head 33 times and the handle 12 times!!!

It's not a miracle bag. What makes it a bag for life is that it is replaced free whenever it breaks. So it's a serial bag for life. And you get a Tesco club point every time you use it. Go on, lash out 20p and help save the planet.
