Its Top Ten Artists arrived in my inbox this morning. Javier Bravo's Happiness Is Slavery is one of the most evocative images I've seen in months. Well worth a look.

WOW! That is really powerful and fantastic.
Glad you like it. It's a real stunner. All those little hands trying to find a way out! Strangely, the work within the eggshells is really subtle - maybe airbrush work - to get that graded thickness. This is one of very few modern paintings I'd like to see on display, so I can look closely at the detail.
Not sure about the title. Maybe it lost something in the translation.
