Klimt in Liverpool

Thanks to Liverpool's being European Capital of Culture 2008 - no snickering in the back row -, Tate Liverpool has pulled off a major coup: the first comprehensive exhibition of Gustav Klimt’s work ever staged in the UK. Gustav Klimt: Painting, Design & Modern Life in Vienna 1900 opens on 30 May and continues until 31 August. It's a biggy, and the cost of admission reflects that fact: £8 adults, £6 concessions.
