The Art of Sushi

To launch his latest book, The Most Simple Way To Make Decorative Sushi Rolls, Japanese chef Ken Kawasumi showed off some of his artistic creations using shushi. His replica of Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers is one of the works he displayed. Very pretty, but it still won't persuade me to eat raw fish. Yuk! There's also a giant panda and Pokemon characters.
