Horses & Boats at Mall

Two exhibitions open at the Mall Galleries in London on Monday 14 July and run ... er ... gallop ... er ... sail until Saturday 19 July. Firstly there's the Society of Equestrian Artists with over 300 works of art on display, including Elan by Sally Martin SEA. For me, this impressionistic painting captures the spirit of horse. Secondly there's the East Anglian Group of Marine Artists. Its 25 members work in a wide range of media to depict the maritime scene. Admission is free for both exhibitions. Note early closing on Saturday: 1pm.
