Ripoff at Piccadilly

Ripley Entertainment Inc. opens a new museum at London's Piccadilly Circus on Wednesday 20 August: Ripley's Believe it or Not!® (title link). It seems a bummer, not because of the content, which is suitably freakish, but because of the prices: adults £17.95; children £13.95. There's a credit crunch going on here in Ghetto London, Yanks. It's not a good time to be trying to fleece the punters with an overpriced freak show, especially as we can get into Tate Modern - Sir Nick's freak show - for free.
