Marilyn Monroe Photos

Last Wednesday's sad news about Hollywood superstar and artist Tony Curtis reminded me that a new book of more than 100 previously unpublished photos of Marilyn Monroe has been published by Calla Editions: Marilyn: August 1953. The photos were shot for LOOK magazine by John Vachon, while the actress was recovering from an ankle injury sustained while filming River of No Return with Robert Mitchum.
