Remember Coxsoft's advice on photographing paintings: When in doubt, put a pretty girl in front of it. This unfortunate model is gazing at a daub by Dane Per Kirkeby at Tate Passé a few years ago. My reason for posting this daub is that the Royal Academy of Arts has announced two new honorary members and one of them is Per Kirkeby. The other is Ai Weiwei. I guess the reason the 80 full academicians chose these two is that their "art" is just as bad as that of today's gang of RAs masquerading as artists (title link).
