High Watermark

The Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours (RI) and the Royal Watercolour Society (RWS) have again teamed up to promote the very best of British watercolours and water-soluble media in High Watermark, the next exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London, from 16 to 20 August, admission free (title link). If you're promoting the best, why on earth select Charles Williams' Big Ron and Tricky Dave to advertise the show? It's perspective is awful, its light and shadow almost non-existent. This is enough to deter potential visitors.
