New RA President

The Royal Academy of Arts in London has chosen another bummer for its new president: Christopher Le Brun, painter, printer and sculptor (title link). One look at his Thorn (1984) and you twig that he is a fully paid up member of the Brit. Anti-art Establishment and has nothing new, exciting or artistic to offer the RA. But he's guaranteed a knighthood in a few years time!
