BP Portrait Award

The BP Portrait Award 2012 opens at the National Portrait Gallery in London on 21 June and runs till 23 September (CLICK). It will include 55 of the best of 2,187 entries plus the work of the BP Travel Award 2011 winner Jo Fraser. Above is Vanessa Lubach's charming Rosie and Pumpkin (2012). Which is which? I'm confused because I've met a girl nicknamed Pumpkin. We won't know the winner until 19 June, but we do know the four artists shortlisted for the award. CLICK to see my favourite.
