Yellowism!

The half-wit who defaced Mark Rothko's Black on Maroon - one of his ghastly Seagram murals - in Tate Passé yesterday afternoon has been identified as Vladimir Umanets. BBC News interviewed him on the telephone (CLICK), but the police still haven't tracked him down. Finger out, fuzz, before he tags a real painting! He denied his action was vandalism and muttered gibberish about his "art" movement called Yellowism. His website shows he is an immature dickhead obsessed with beautiful, unattainable models in general and Russian model Natalia Vodianova (shown) in particular (CLICK). She is rather pretty.

Very true. That dickhead is actually my compatriot - a Pole. Im ashamed he did that. On the other hand, however, calling Rothko an artist and his s**t an art is a serious word misuse (or, abuse).
Anyway, both are worth each other.
Sadly, I anticipate his Yellowism will catch up with some dickheads who promote "art".
It's the end of the world if a piece of REAL art cannot speak for itself anymore and needs explanation.

Hi, Janek

Glad you agree (about Rothko as well as "Vladimir").
