Death Fall Update

Last September, in a post about Boris Island, I pointed out one of the hazards of living under the Heathrow flightpath: the death plunge of a would-be illegal immigrant who exploded like a ripe melon in Portman Avenue, southwest London (CLICK). And here he is. At least, here is an artist's impression of what Jose Matada might have looked like before he went splat! Police originally thought he hailed from Angola, because of currency in his pocket and because he fell from the undercarriage of an aeroplane from Luanda in Angola. However, a Sim card found in his pocket has enabled police to track him down to Mozambique (CLICK). They want to trace his next of kin. Why bother?
