Fashioning Switzerland

Continuing today's Swiss theme, on 4 June The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge opens Fashioning Switzerland: Portraits and landscapes by Markus Dinkel and his contemporaries (CLICK). Bernese artist Markus Dinkel painted a series of Swiss women in regional costumes. To these are added other artists’ picturesque views of Swiss landscapes, largely etched and each one delicately hand finished in watercolours. The exhibition is in the Shiba Gallery. Entry is free.
