HS2 Artwork

It looks like a photograph, doesn't it? It isn't. It's a modern work of art: a still from an animation promoting the proposed HS2 high-speed railway link between London in the south and Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds in the north. Whenever the debate over HS2 features on TV news, up pops this brilliant animation of a sleek high-speed train whizzing through the beautiful English countryside without ruffling the feathers of a single bird. I can't help wondering if the HS2 idea would have collapsed long ago if it weren't for this animation keeping the concept alive (CLICK).
