The Pink Panther

While trawling the net today, look who I came across. Yes, it's Jayne Mansfield holding The Pink Panther, one of Jeff Koons' Banality series of sculptures. It cost him an out-of-court settlement with the copyright holders of the pink furry feline. This sculpture, dating from 1988, is up for grabs at Christie's auction in New York. I'd be too embarrassed to carry it home if I put my finger up at the wrong moment!
