UK Films Lose Tax Perk

It's dodgy news for the Brit. film industry, and Halle Berry's eyes are blazing. The UK Government has closed a tax loophole which allowed investors in high-risk ventures, such as movies, to offset their losses against their tax bill. The X-men movies were financed under this system. Some financiers are predicting it will now be much harder to persuade investors to finance movies. Others claim it won't make any difference.
