The Chaotic Pyramid

Today our benighted government pledged £50m toward the new Tate Modern extension, which has been nicknamed The Chaotic Pyramid. The London Development Authority has put £7m toward this eyesore and banker John Studzinski has donated £5m. So, only another £150m to go. I'm sure Sir Nick can persuade his chums in the Brit. Anti-art Establishent to stump up the rest. But hang on. If Tate Modern is so short of space, why has it given over the Turbine Hall to a stupid crack in the floor?
