E-cards For Christmas
The last posting date for second class mail in the UK is 17 December. Have you bought your cards yet? If not, send e-cards this year and help save the planet. For a DIY e-card with an old-master painting or sculpture, visit my website (CLICK) and download a larger version of, say, Raphael's Madonna della Seggiola (1514). You'll find secular art too, all enhanced by yours truly. Select HTML, put the graphic into your e-mail and add your message. If you want a professional e-card and you're prepared to pay £5.25 ($10) for a year's subscription (cheap when you can send birthday e-cards too) click the title link for animated e-cards by English artist Jacquie Lawson, who creates delightful miniature movies that are a joy to receive. Her website won a Coxsoft Art Silver Surfer Friendly Award. If you must send traditional cards, note that of UK retailers selling charity cards, Clinton Cards gives the highest percentage to charity (21%). Mean old Harrods gives less than 10%.

If you like ecards from Jacquie Lawson, you may want to check out the artistic ecards from Ojolie, http://www.ojolie.com.
Thanks for the link. I will check it out.
