Sao Paulo Heist Latest

Emiliano Di Cavalcanti - Women in a Window (1926)Brazilian police have recovered two more works of art stolen from the Pinacoteca Museum in Sao Paulo last June (CLICK). The one shown is Emiliano Di Cavalcanti's painting Women in a Window (1926). The other is a print by Lasar Segall: The Couple (1919). Both were found under the bed of a local bakery manager. No doubt he'll claim the fuzz planted them there. He's the second "suspect" to be collared. Presumably the third member of the gang, who is still at large, has Picasso's Minotaur, Drinker And Women (1933) under his bed.
