Dreamspace: No Retrial

Today, the Crown Prosecution Service announced it would not ask for a retrial in the case of manslaughter brought against Dreamspace designer Maurice Agis. It believes there is no longer a realistic prospect of conviction. I stated my views on this unfortunate case back in November 2006 (CLICK).
