Canaletto Update

Canaletto's pen and ink drawing with grey wash Campo San Giacomo di Rialto, Venice fetched £1.7m at Sotheby’s London sale on Wednesday. Buyer's premium brought it to just under £2m (CLICK). Not bad, considering the pre-sale estimate was £300,000 to £500,000 (CLICK).
