Vandal Arrested

Sussex Police have collared Vladimir Umanets in Worthing (CLICK). He's 26 years old. (I thought he seemed immature: scroll down or CLICK.) He was arrested on suspicion of defacing a Mark Rothko daub at Tate Passé in London. Considering his name is on the tag and he telephoned the BBC to claim responsibility, his only defence would appear to be insanity.
