What excuse can the Serpentine Gallery, aided and abetted by The Royal Parks and Modus Operandi, have for commissioning Peter Fischli and David Weiss to inflict their Rock On Top Of Another Rock (2013) upon Kensington Gardens? This blot on the landscape was unveiled in a misty Hyde Park yesterday (CLICK). The dog in the photo is wondering whether to pee on it. Go on, boy.
