Art In Space 3

FloatersIn case you didn't believe that twaddle about the zero gravity art experience, the BBC has posted photos of a group of "artists" floating in parabolic flight. It's difficult enough for an artist to produce quality work in normal gravity. Anyone who thinks his art will be improved by floating in zero-G is a complete fruitcake. But then improving the art wasn't the object of the exercise. Publicity is the name of the game. And it's worked: 3 items on the BBC website in a week and, more importantly, 3 on Coxsoft Art News. But what a waste of money and resources, squandered on an ego trip to promote tripe, while people are starving to death in other parts of the world!
