Shadow Wins Award

Michael Morpurgo is having a great week. On Saturday his novel Shadow (2010) won The Red House Children's Book Award 2011, the only national book award voted for entirely by children (CLICK). And today the play based on his novel War Horse won five prizes at the Tony Awards in New York, including best play (CLICK). But let's not forget that unsung hero the book illustrator.
